Mustang Halo Projector Headlights
These smoked dual halo headlights really look good on any Ford Mustang. They give your Mustang that one of a kind look you're looking for. And at night time they really shine, giving that appearance of a brighter cooler look. This is a great way to go if you're sick of your stock Ford Mustang headlights.
Ford Mustang Chrome Hood Pin
Chrome hood pins make for a custom look on your Ford Mustang. If you get the right hood pins, they won't rust or corrode. The great thing is these hood pins don't need any drilling. Just use some 3M automotive bonding tape and you're ready to go. Down below is a picture of what the hood pins can look like on a Ford Mustang GT. I think it sure looks good!
Ford Mustang Sequential Tail Lights
If you like the look of the sequential lights on the new 2010 - 2011 Ford Mustang. Well you can add the same tail lights to your SN-95 Mustang or S-197 2005-2009 Mustang. A ton of Mustang stores on the web have them, so looking for them should be pretty easy. At first I thought the sequential lights would be illegal, but they aren't. They definitely add a good custom look to your Ford Mustang.
2010 Saleen Mustang Exhaust
I have to say I'm quite impressed with Saleen's new exhaust tips on the 2010 Ford Mustang. If someone would of told me that Saleen was going to use square exhaust tips on their Ford Mustang, I would say Saleen's designers are nuts and that would look ugly. But after seeing this picture of this cherry red Mustang, it sure looks great! It goes well with the lines and sharp curves of the 2010 Ford Mustang. I hope to see this bad as custom Mustang out on Woodward this year!
2011 Shelby GT500 Wheels
Man I just love this shot of the custom wheels on the 2011 Shelby GT500 Mustang. They really aren't custom, since they are stock. But they are just so dam cool looking. It seems as Ford matures as a company, they have been improving the styling of their wheels. The Mustang wheels in particular. I wonder how this wheel would look chrome plated, I bet it would look pretty dam sexy!
2011 Mustang vs. 2010 Camaro
Just this past weekend a bunch of professional dragsters tested out a 2011 Mustang against a 2010 Camaro SS in an eighth-mile drag test. The 2011 Mustang came out top, with best ET of 8.62. This is the first time a stock Mustang has taken down a stock Mustang in a very long time. I hope the 2011 Mustang keeps on impressing us!
2011 Ford Mustang GT Dyno
Edmund's Inside Line was the first ones to dyno test the new 2011 Ford Mustang. After watching the video the new 5.0L V8 engine in the Ford Mustang sure sounds good. No figures were released from Edmunds, but the roomer going around the web is the new 5.0L is pumping out a little more horsepower from what Ford claimed. Ford's official stats say the new 2011 5.0L V8 in the Mustang GT is producing 412 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. I hope Edmunds gives us their figures shortly, I'm begging to know how much horsepower the new V8 is making.
Deep Dish 2003 Mustang Wheel
If you remember the 2003-04 SVT Mustang Cobra, well chances are you remember the flat spoke designed wheel for the Mustang. Well now a wheel company has introduced a deep dish look with that same design, it looks bad ass. An extra wide wheel in back also allows you add more tire in back, which improves your 60 foot times because you will be hooking much better now. Down below is a picture of the deep dish 2003-04 mustang wheel. You're allowed to choose in three different finishes: chrome plated, high polished, or satin. I have to say all three different finishes look great!
Mustang Cobra R Hood
One of the best modifications you can do to your Ford Mustang is a custom hood. Particularly because it can help rush cold air to your engine, which means more horsepower and smoother running. A custom hood can also give your Ford Mustang a bolder and/or smoother look. One hood I've always been fond of is the Mustang Cobra R hood. Mainly because of its unique styling, the vents in the hood are just awesome as hell, kind of reminds you of a shark's vents. And since the hood is very much raised a good four inches from the normal stock height hood. Which gives it the a more muscular appearance to your Mustang. Take it from me, this is definitely a hood you should be looking into buying if you have a SN-95 Ford Mustang.
