This gorgeous Ford Mustang you see before your eyes is the 2011 California Special Mustang GT. The Mustang was introduced this year at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, my hometown. The special edition Mustang stayed true to its heritage with a body kit and and graphics package just like the California Mustang from 1968. No details have been released by Ford as of yet but from a photo of the GT/CS on the NAIAS floor we see a new grille with pony badge, new lower front fascia, new lower rear fascia with diffuser similar to that of the GT500, side scoops, 18-inch wheels and the classic GT/CS graphics. I just love the billet polished grille in front, that really gives the Mustang a nice muscle car stance.
